Kaleigh strives towards creating a cheerful and welcoming environment as soon as her students walk into class. Her teaching style, which is a mixture of both power & vinyasa flow sequencing, is set to dynamic music to create a challenging, yet uplifting atmosphere. To cultivate and further deepen her students' mind/body connection, she uses her training and background in dance to emphasize fluidity of the movement with each breath. Kaleigh encourages her students to tap into their inner strength and balance and strive towards experiencing a newfound sense of achievement and purpose each time they come to their mats.

Kaleigh is available for private individual or group yoga instruction. She will create a personalized class based on your specific wants and needs to help begin or further develop your yoga practice.
